Q: Where is the zine shipped from?       

A: The zine is shipped from China.

Q: What should I do if I need to change my shipping address?

A: Please contact the zine team through our email address ([email protected]) if you need to make any changes to your order. Please include your name and confirmation number so we can locate your order. 
Once production is complete, we will put out a final call to update the shipping address. Once packages have shipped, we cannot accept address changes and no refunds will be offered for missing packages.

Q: When will digital orders be shipped? 

A: Digital orders and digital goods are distributed as soon as the physical packages are shipped.

Cancellation and refund policy:

Returns can only be processed during the pre-order period; any returns requested after pre-orders have been completed will not be honored. To cancel or change your package, please email us at [email protected] before the end of the pre-order period. In the email, please include the name under which you placed your order and your order number.

In the case of damaged or missing products, you must contact Märchenstunde within 1 month of receiving the package for a replacement or refund.
